Reformed Media exists to serve the church.

Let’s get to know each other…

Why we exist:

We started this ministry because we kept meeting pastors, youth workers, and ministry leaders who knew social media mattered… but didn’t have the bandwidth to keep up with it. Churches are carrying huge Kingdom vision with small teams and limited resources.

We felt the Holy Spirit nudging:
“You have the skills. Serve My church with them.”

So we did.

Founded by Belle and Matt Grubb, a husband-and-wife team with deep experience in ministry, marketing, content creation, communications, and strategy, our mission is simple:

To help churches communicate the Gospel clearly and consistently online, without the stress of doing it alone.

We’ve worked with ministries, nonprofits, and brands across the country, but our heart has always been for the local church. We believe your church’s social media isn’t marketing — it’s ministry. It’s discipleship. It’s hospitality. It’s outreach. And when done well, it can strengthen your community and reach people who may never step into a building… yet.

Your message matters. We’re here to help you amplify it.

What you need to know about us:

  • To equip churches with the strategy, systems, and content support they need to reach their community online, without the stress of managing social media alone.

  • A world where churches thrive in digital spaces with clarity, creativity, and confidence, stewarding online platforms for discipleship, outreach, and connection.

    1. The Triune God - There is one, eternal God in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit

    2. Salvation by Grace Through Faith Alone - Salvation is a gift of God’s grace, received through faith alone in Jesus Christ. Through His atoning death, burial, and resurrection, sinners are reconciled to God.

    3. The Bible - Scripture is inspired by God, inerrant in nature, and should be the sole foundation of a church’s doctrinal formation.

    4. The Church - Unbound by physical limits or nationalities, the Church is the collection of believers who have committed their lives to following Jesus Christ. It is the responsibility for Christians to gather together to worship God and fully commit to accomplishing Christ’s mission to reach all nations, tribes, and tongues.

  • Ministry-first

Content should serve people, not algorithms. Everything we create starts with the Gospel.

    Excellence with humility

We bring professional strategy and quality while maintaining a posture of service.

    Sustainability

We design systems that your church can realistically maintain, even on small or volunteer teams.

    Partnership

We serve with you, not just for you. We’re on your team.

    Creativity rooted in truth

We understand trends and next-gen communication, but never at the expense of Biblical integrity.

Meet the founders:

Belle Grubb – Cofounder & Creative Director

Belle has spent the last several years at the intersection of ministry, marketing, and digital storytelling. With 5+ years of professional communications experience, a background in content creation for more than 200 brands, and a heart for the local church, she brings a rare blend of strategy, creativity, and pastoral sensitivity to every project.

She is currently earning her Doctorate in Ministry, where she focuses on digital discipleship and ethical storytelling in ministry. Belle has served in church communications, nonprofit media, and ministry leadership, giving her an insider’s understanding of the unique pressures churches face online.

Her passion is simple: helping churches communicate the Gospel clearly, beautifully, and sustainably. She believes social media isn’t about trends; it’s about people, hospitality, and building digital environments where faith can take root.

When she’s not creating content, you’ll find her hosting her podcast Made To Dwell, teaching young women about abundant living, or enjoying a slow morning with an iced coffee in hand.

Matt Grubb – Cofounder & Director of Church Partnerships

Matt’s background in pastoral ministry, military chaplaincy, and sales directly shapes the way he serves churches through Reformed Media. Matt also received a Master of Divinity from Liberty University, allowing him to speak uniquely and with theological integrity into issues of vision and voice for churches. His passion is equipping leaders with the tools and systems they need to navigate the real pressures of ministry and the communication challenges that come with a growing church. He’s an optimizer, a visionary, and a committed servant of Christ.

Matt brings structure, creativity, and a collaborative leadership style to every partnership. His focus is helping churches reach younger generations, strengthen their online voice, and communicate their mission with confidence.

When he’s not meeting with pastors or building strategies, you’ll find him training in the gym, running through the mountains, or hanging out with his dog Tank.
